Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Budget: 8-10 LPA

About the Role: We’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high accountability environments. You’ll own project delivery end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, and client relationships, while driving internal team alignment across design and tech functions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Delivery

  • Manage multiple parallel UI/UX projects across clients — ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
  • Own project scope and milestones with clarity and discipline
  • Track progress through detailed plans, status reports, and sprint cadences
  • Familiarity with sprint-based delivery processes and real-world product lifecycle stages

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the face of Them Consulting to the client for project execution
  • Understand client business goals, manage expectations, and proactively flag scope shifts
  • Conduct regular check-ins, retros, and review meetings

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to move work forward
  • Work with Design Managers, Tech Leads, and the PMO to ensure daily coordination
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, task assignments, and resolution of blockers
  • Be a people-first collaborator who navigates challenges with empathy and composure

Documentation & Tools

  • Maintain clean documentation: SoWs, BRDs, MOMs, project dashboards, and timelines
  • Use PM tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion (we’re flexible but expect rigor)
  • Risk Management & Escalation Handling
  • Anticipate delays, misalignments, or delivery issues — and fix them before they become problems
  • Escalate critical matters with solutions, not just problems

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of experience managing digital/UX/design projects (preferably BFSI or enterprise clients)
  • Proven ability to handle multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication — confident with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Process-oriented yet flexible; able to balance structure with adaptability
  • Sharp on documentation, detail-tracking, and proactive follow-ups
  • Prior agency or consulting experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of UX design lifecycle is a strong advantage
