Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice to customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure VM standards are maintained on the floor
- Assist in stock management and replenishment
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain grooming and brand presentation standards
Key Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in fashion retail or luxury retail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of fabrics, fits, and current trends
- Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
- Well-groomed and confident personality
