Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience, work on real-time projects, and build strong technical skills under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of engineering systems or applications.
Support senior engineers in technical tasks and project execution.
Analyze technical requirements and contribute to solution development.
Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of engineering processes.
Follow company engineering standards, quality guidelines, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Participate in technical training and skill development programs.
Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and industry practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines).
Strong understanding of core engineering concepts.
Basic knowledge of programming, technical tools, or engineering software relevant to the field.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Internship or academic project experience.
Familiarity with industry tools, software, or platforms.
Basic understanding of SDLC or engineering lifecycle processes.
Exposure to Agile or project-based work environments.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (2023–2025 pass-outs may apply). Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Java / Python / C / C++ / JavaScript). Understanding of fundamental concepts such as OOP, data structures, and algorithms. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus. Familiarity with SDLC and software development basics. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
