Procurement Leader

SUMMARYWe seek a Procurement Leader to optimize overall cost of purchasing, drive business development effort with current and potential customers, and develop/ implement procurement strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• •Recruit, interview and hire Purchasing Supervisors and Planner/Buyers.
• •Communicate criteria to recruiters for Purchasing Supervisor and Planner/Buyer position candidates.
• •Coach Materials staff in interviewing/hiring process.
• •Monitor team member turnover identify key factors that can improve make improvements.
