Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Experience: 6 months – 4 years

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment lifecycle & hiring laws
• Experience sourcing US Citizens & Green Card holders
• Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, E3, TN) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
• Excellent technical screening, sourcing & candidate assessment skills
• Comfortable working in EST/PST shifts
• Strong communication, analytical thinking & networking ability
• Self-motivated team player with a passion for closing positions
