Role Overview

We are seeking a people-centric and proactive HR Executive to manage internal hiring, employee engagement, and employee care initiatives. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting organizational growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for corporate roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and workforce requirements
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts
• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment, acting as an internal Staffing Recruiter for corporate roles

Onboarding & HR Operations

• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records
• Handle attendance tracking and leave management

Employee Engagement & Care

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
• Support employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives
• Assist in organizing employee activities and culture-building programs

Performance & Exit Management

• Support performance review cycles
• Assist in managing exit processes and documentation

Salary
