Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in hiring for software and technology roles. The ideal candidate will combine strong recruitment expertise with lead generation, candidate marketing, and relationship-building skills to support our growing technology teams.
This role requires hands-on experience recruiting for roles such as Software Application Engineers, Python Developers, AI/ML Engineers, Software Test Engineers, and related IT positions. Experience recruiting for VLSI Semiconductor domain is a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation
- Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop targeted outreach and employer branding campaigns to attract top technical talent.
Candidate Engagement & Marketing
- Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing content.
- Communicate company value proposition effectively to candidates.
- Promote open positions through digital channels and networking.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Conduct technical and behavioral pre-screening interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Market Research & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health).
- Analyze hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Prepare regular recruitment performance reports for management.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for software, QA, AI/ML, and engineering roles.
- Experience in staffing agencies, IT services, or product companies preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience sourcing technical profiles (Software, Python, AI, Testing, etc.).
- Proven track record of closing technical positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong candidate and client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
- Analytical mindset to track and optimize recruitment performance.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with IT services and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, and automation.
- Experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, and productivity.
- Exposure to international or offshore recruitment models.
