Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR professional who can build strong hiring pipelines, manage employee lifecycle, and support a fast-growing jewellery brand. The role combines recruitment, HR operations, and culture-building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for store staff, customer support, production, and corporate roles
  • Draft JDs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
  • Build talent pipelines for retail sales, jewellery consultants, and backend teams

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR MIS
  • Handle confirmations, appraisals, and exit formalities

3. HR Operations & Policies

  • Implement HR policies, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team
  • Ensure discipline, attendance, and workplace standards

4. Culture & Retention

  • Improve employee engagement and reduce attrition
  • Support training programs for sales and customer experience teams
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns

Requirements:

  • 2–6+ years experience in HR (retail/startup experience preferred)
  • Strong hiring skills, especially for sales and operational roles
  • Organized, proactive, and good with people management
  • Familiarity with HRMS, payroll coordination, and compliance basics

Preferred:

  • Experience hiring for luxury retail / jewellery / fashion brands
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced founder-led environment
