Role Description
- As a Bench SalesExecutive you will be responsible for Channel sales and account management. Effective communication skills are essential for this role to ensure successful placements and client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with the client/Vendors/Hiring Managers to understand requirements and build relationships with Vendors/clients. Present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their skills and experience for consideration.
- Placement and Negotiation: Facilitate the placement process by coordinating with candidates and clients. Negotiate and finalize offers between candidates and clients.
- Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of qualified candidates, including their skills, availability, and contact information.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively advise clients and identify new opportunities.
