Job Description:
- Task and Functions: –
- Act as the custodian of marketing support across all verticals (online and offline) for two premium brands, ensuring consistent brand experience.
- Strategize brand-appropriate marketing plans and oversee their execution in collaboration with sales teams to drive business growth.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor mapping, staying up-to-date with industry trends and delivering actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain and analyze consumer data to enhance targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, WhatsApp, email marketing, and online marketplaces, in alignment with the Digital Marketing Team.
- Monitor, measure, and report the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to optimize effectiveness and ROI. Ensure all communications, campaigns, and collateral consistently reflect brand values, aesthetics, and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, and Merchandising to support product launches and promotional initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, prioritizing initiatives to maximize impact and deliver measurable results.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to strengthen brand presence.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans for D-Tan.
- Oversee product portfolio, lifecycle management, and new product launches.
- Coordinate with offline (salon) and online teams for promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Manage budgets and ensure ROI on brand initiatives.
- Work with sales and merchandising teams to drive sales performance.
- Researching, staying up to date on trends, gathering points of communication for different brands, to give creative input.
- Revenue and market share growth of D-Tan brand.
- Strong marketing, analytical, and brand management skills.
Education: PGDM, MBA
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Salary range : 10 to 13LPA
