We are currently hiring for the role of a Billing Head with a leading company based in Mumbai.

Good hands-on Billing Head with strong project and billing experience in Infrastructure / Interior / Construction projects.

Designation: Billing Head

Loc: Mumbai (Kandivali)

CTC: ₹15 LPA (Negotiable)

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: BE (Civil / Construction)

Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

Joining: Immediate

Industry Preferred: Infrastructure / Interior / Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Review drawings and prepare measurements, BOQs & billing documents
• Monitor and push project managers for timely invoicing
• Track site progress and deliveries to ensure smooth billing
• Prepare snag list, handover documents & O&M manuals
• Share weekly billing projections & variance reports with management
• Anticipate billing hurdles and coordinate for resolution

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel & MS Office
• Good understanding of project planning & execution
• Strong coordination & reporting skills
• Willingness to travel as per site requirements
