Telesales Executive – Work From Home
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to pre-qualified leads
- Engage prospects through a consultative selling approach to understand their business needs
- Present solutions effectively and convert leads into paying customers
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status
Requirements
Must Have:
- Minimum 1 year of proven telesales/inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to close deals over the phone/zoom
- B2B sales experience and understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes
- CRM proficiency – ability to accurately maintain customer data and sales records
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic suitable for remote work environment
Good to Have:
- Professional spoken English
- Experience selling to B2B leads
- Knowledge of sales tools and automation platforms
