• Data Processing: Python (pandas, numpy), SQL, ETL tools
• Data Quality: Profiling tools, data validation frameworks
• Databases: Relational (SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL
• Data Formats: JSON, XML, CSV processing at scale
• Scripting: PowerShell, Python for automation

Domain Knowledge:

• Understanding of HR data structures and relationships
• Asset lifecycle data requirements
• Software licensing data models
