Job Title: Client Servicing Manager – Weddings

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

CTC Offered: INR 5,40,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Client Servicing Manager to own and manage weddings end-to-end. This role requires someone who can seamlessly handle client relationships, vendor coordination, budgets, timelines, and on-ground execution—while staying calm under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced wedding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage weddings end-to-end—from destination recces to event days and final execution
  • Travel to wedding destinations for venue recces and on-ground coordination
  • Scout, negotiate, and lock the right vendors aligned with the wedding vision and budget
  • Create, manage, and maintain detailed cost sheets and budgets
  • Lead venue recces, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and coordinate with hotels, vendors, and clients
  • Align every vendor, timeline, and moving part into one seamless event plan
  • Act as the calm, clear, and reliable point of contact for clients at all times
  • Build detailed event flows and lead extended teams during on-ground execution
  • Handle last-minute changes and challenges with logic, grace, and strong problem-solving skills (bonus if supported by a well-maintained Google Sheet!)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in wedding planning / wedding event management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in managing live events and on-ground teams
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
