JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Java Rest based services, CRUD operations, SQL.
- Basic information on AI.
- Apply AIDLC‑driven development (AI‑Driven Lifecycle) to accelerate requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and validation using AI tools.
- Drive spec‑driven development, ensuring clear, structured, and complete specifications for developers and testers.
- Provide high‑quality prompts to AI tools to generate requirement summaries, test cases, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
- Own the entire end‑to‑end change lifecycle—requirements gathering, analysis, configuration updates, testing coordination, deployment checks, and post‑release validation.
- Act as a one‑person army, ensuring smooth release execution with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with business, developers, and testers to bridge functional and technical gaps.
- Validate and update Salesforce configurations in alignment with business needs.
- Support UAT, coordinate deployments, and ensure production readiness.
Good‑to‑Have
- Knowledge of financial objects and financial domain processes (training can be provided).
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
