Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and analyzing marketing metrics. Additional responsibilities include managing teams, collaborating across departments, and enhancing brand visibility to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the Hotel’s business objectives, target market, and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Plan and execute the annual marketing calendar for the Seawoods property in coordination with GM.
- Oversee the Hotels brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, including developing sales plans, setting targets, and monitoring performance, and implementing tactics to attract corporate clients, event planners, and affluent individuals.
- Manage digital presence – website content, SEO basics, social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), Google My Business and email campaigns.
- Coordinate offers and promotions on OTAs (Booking, MMT, Goibibo, etc.) with the revenue / reservations team to drive occupancy and direct bookings.
- Create marketing collaterals (flyers, WhatsApp creatives, mailers, standees), ensure brand consistency across online and offline channels.
- Track competitor activity and local market trends in Navi Mumbai, propose tactical promotions for corporate, long‑stay, events and weekend business.
- Plan and support small events, influencer visits, cross‑promotions with nearby corporates, gyms, clubs, banquets and travel partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI and lead funnels; submit monthly marketing and enquiry/booking reports to management.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/PG in Marketing, Hotel Management with marketing exposure compulsory.
- Experience in business hotel / resort / OTA / travel agency marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media, basic design tools (Canva/Photoshop), WhatsApp/email marketing and comfort with numbers/Excel.
- Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and Hindi; local Navi Mumbai candidates preferred for faster market connect.
