Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive who can convert leads into paying clients for our online fitness programs.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with warm leads
• Explain our fitness transformation programs
• Convert inquiries into enrollments
• Maintain client follow-up records
• Coordinate with the founder when required

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Basic understanding of fitness (preferred but not mandatory)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Compensation

• This is a commission-based role
• Attractive commission on every successful enrollment
• Unlimited earning potential (performance-based)
