Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales across retail, distribution, and institutional channels
• Build strong relationships with bookstores, distributors, and key accounts
• Execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and logistics teams to drive title performance
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure effective market placement
Who We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in book publishing, retail, FMCG, or similar sales roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for books and awareness of the publishing ecosystem
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for market visits and sales meetings
