Key Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and proofread corporate communication materials, including press releases, announcements, newsletters, presentations, and reports.
- Manage and handle corporate social media platforms, including content planning, posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to queries.
- Develop creative social media content aligned with brand tone and communication strategy.
- Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and information flow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure accurate messaging.
- Monitor media coverage and social media conversations; prepare reports on brand visibility and sentiment.
- Maintain communication calendars and ensure the timely dissemination of internal and external communications.
- Assist with event communications, including invitations, social media promotions, scripts, and post-event summaries.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or Social Media Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience handling social media platforms professionally.
- Excellent attention to detail and editing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design or social media tools.
