Role Description
This is a full-time for a Sales Executive located in Kochi, Kerala. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through direct sales and channel partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales: Identify and engage potential clients, presenting and promoting Pert’s smart home automation solutions to meet individual sales targets.
- Dealer Network Expansion: actively scout, identify, and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand Pert’s market footprint in the region.
- Channel Management: Work closely with existing dealers to drive sales performance, ensuring they have the necessary resources, marketing collateral, and stock.
- Partner Support: conduct joint client visits with dealers to assist in closing complex deals and provide on-ground support.
- Training & Enablement: Regularly train dealer teams on new product features, USPs, and installation basics to ensure they can pitch Pert solutions effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both direct customers and channel partners.
- Strategy & Feedback: Collaborate with the internal team to enhance sales strategies based on market feedback from the dealer network.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Experience in Channel Sales: Prior experience in building dealer networks or managing distributor relationships is highly desirable.
- Experience with negotiation, persuasion, and closing sales deals.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical features of smart home automation products.
- Proficiency in market research and identifying potential opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge in smart home automation or IoT technologies is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
