Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Associate (IC) – US Staffing | Ceipal Preferred

Work Mode: Remote

Shift: US Shift

Experience: 6–8 years

Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on recruiting professional to support end-to-end US staffing recruitment. This role starts as an Individual Contributor (IC) and will focus on sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, and closures, with strong follow-up discipline and ownership.

What You’ll Do (Day 1 – IC Ownership)

  • Work on multiple requirements and manage the full recruiting cycle: intake understanding, sourcing strategy, screening, submissions, interview coordination, offer support, and joining follow-ups
  • Source through LinkedIn and job boards; build strong candidate pipelines and keep engagement high
  • Conduct strong screens, assess fit vs JD, and document clear notes/insights
  • Prepare high-quality submissions: JD alignment, resume quality check, candidate highlights, availability, rate/comp expectations, location/relocation, and required details for submission
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders for feedback, scheduling, and next steps
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience with consistent communication and timely follow-ups

Recruiting Operations (Ceipal – Preferred | Monitoring & Oversight)

  • Monitor Ceipal ATS pipelines and status visibility (jobs/stages, tagging, notes, submissions, candidate status), while a designated ops owner performs the updates
  • Perform periodic quality checks for ATS hygiene (duplicates, correct stages, clean notes, consistent tagging/naming)
  • Review weekly dashboards/reports and flag gaps/risks around submissions, interviews, offers, joins, requirement aging, and pipeline health

Must-Have

  • 6–8 years of US staffing / US recruitment experience (IT staffing preferred)
  • Strong sourcing + screening skills with a track record of quality submissions and closures
  • Ceipal exposure preferred (or strong ATS discipline with willingness to align quickly)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
