Job Title: Head – Visual Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and creative Head of Visual Operations to lead and elevate the visual

identity and in-store experience across our luxury home décor and apparel verticals. This role will be responsible for driving premium visual standards, ensuring operational excellence in VM execution,

and delivering a world-class brand experience across all retail touchpoints.

The ideal candidate combines creative vision with operational discipline and has strong exposure to luxury retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Strategy & Brand Alignment

• Develop and implement a cohesive visual merchandising strategy aligned with brand

positioning.

• Define seasonal themes, window concepts, and in-store storytelling.

• Ensure visual consistency across all stores and formats.

• Translate global luxury trends into locally relevant executions.

2. Store Visual Execution & Operations

• Oversee end-to-end VM execution across stores.

• Create and maintain detailed VM guidelines and SOPs.

• Conduct store audits and ensure adherence to luxury display standards.

• Drive planogram implementation for apparel and home décor categories.

3. Luxury Experience Enhancement

• Elevate customer journey through curated displays and sensory storytelling.

• Collaborate with retail and category teams to enhance product presentation.

• Ensure premium standards in lighting, styling, props, fixtures, and space utilization.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and scale the visual merchandising team across locations.

• Conduct training programs to upskill store teams in VM excellence.

• Build a high-performance culture aligned with brand aesthetics.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with buying, marketing, retail operations, and design teams.

• Partner with marketing for campaign rollouts, store launches, and special events.

• Support new store openings with complete VM setup and launch execution.

6. Budget & Vendor Management

• Manage VM budgets effectively within approved allocations.

• Identify and onboard premium vendors for props, installations, and fixtures.

• Ensure cost optimization without compromising luxury standards.

Key Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong exposure to luxury retail (home décor / apparel preferred).

• Proven track record in multi-store VM operations.

• Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury consumer psychology.

• Excellent project management and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or related field.

• Experience in premium or international luxury brands.
