The role demands strong ownership from planning and excavation through construction and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete project lifecycle from planning, excavation, construction to handover
• Manage on-site teams and day-to-day construction activities
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC, contractors, and statutory authorities
• Develop, track, and execute project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality benchmarks, and safety norms
• Implement quality assurance systems and site safety standards
• Drive cost optimization, vendor finalization, procurement, and contract negotiations
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, approvals, and regulatory requirements
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Foster strong relationships with clients, investors, consultants, and internal teams
• Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless communication across teams

Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Real Estate
• 7–10 years of experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use real estate projects
• Preferred hands-on experience with Aluminium Formwork
• Strong understanding of construction execution, project planning, and cost control
• Knowledge of zoning regulations, approvals, and permitting processes
• Exposure to real estate finance and sustainability practices is an added advantage
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
