We are looking for a Community Manager to build, engage, and grow a strong ecosystem of enterprise professionals, partners, learners, and AI enthusiasts around Scry AI’s products and thought leadership.
Role Overview
As Community Manager, you will lead initiatives to create and nurture online and offline communities across platforms such as LinkedIn, webinars, forums, industry groups, and learning cohorts. You will foster meaningful conversations, encourage knowledge sharing, and build long-term engagement with decision-makers, practitioners, and learners in enterprise AI. Your role will directly impact brand advocacy, product adoption, and ecosystem growth.
Key Responsibilities
Community Growth and Engagement
- Build and scale Scry AI’s professional community across digital platforms
- Design engagement strategies to drive conversations, discussions, and peer learning
- Moderate and manage online groups, forums, and learning cohorts
- Encourage user-generated content, testimonials, and community participation
Content and Conversation Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share thought leadership content
- Translate product updates into engaging, community-friendly narratives
- Host AMAs, webinars, roundtables, and knowledge sessions
- Identify recurring themes and feedback from the community to inform content strategy
Advocacy and Relationship Building
- Develop relationships with enterprise leaders, partners, learners, and industry influencers
- Identify and nurture brand advocates and power users
- Support community-led initiatives such as beta programs, ambassador programs, and user groups
- Act as the voice of the community internally by sharing insights with product and leadership teams
Events and Ecosystem Development
- Coordinate virtual and in-person meetups, workshops, and industry events
- Support partnerships with colleges, professional groups, and enterprise networks
- Help build structured programs such as certification cohorts or industry roundtables
- Measure and improve community engagement metrics and retention rates
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in community management, B2B marketing, developer relations, or enterprise engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing LinkedIn groups, Slack communities, webinars, or professional forums
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into accessible, engaging discussions
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Experience in enterprise tech, SaaS, AI, or B2B ecosystems is preferred
