Job Title: Personal Assistant & Admin to Managing Director

Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Admin professional to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director. T

Responsibilities Professional Skills Required

  • Handle correspondence for the MD
  • Manage calendar appointments and schedules for the MD
  • Organize documents, files and records
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Run errands and manage the personal tasks as required
  • Manage and coordinate for arrangement of drivers, personal staff and administration at the house of the Directors
  • Manage costs and expenses for the managing director’s office and personal work, including getting quotations from at least 3 vendors for each outsourced task. Analyse the quality of services of the vendors and identify the vendor who is best fit for the job, at the reasonable cost
  • Manage 3rd party financial payments
  • Assist the MD with day to day tasks
  • Manage the administration of the office.
  • Manage the communication from the MDs desk to the employees and 3rd parties.
  • He will be required to travel to factory, home, and other offices of the company
  • Follow up of work from the other team members and external parties.
  • IT, Documentation & Correspondence: – Required to draft, proofread and manage documents, and records.
  • Secretarial & Office Management: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with experience in managing office operations and official communication.

Preferred Criteria

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant to senior management.
  • Permanent resident of Delhi/NCR, Stays in and around 10 Kilometers of the office.
  • Should have his personal vehicle registered in his name.

Education & Qualification:

  • Graduate or postgraduate from an English-medium institution.
  • Completion of an Office Management & Secretarial Practice course is mandatory.
  • Experience in Google sheets, Canva, Excel and latest reporting and presentation tools.

Compensation & Work Details

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
