Position: Creative Director – Copy (Digital Agency Experienced)

Position Overview:
As a Creative Director – Copy at Pubicis Groupe, you will be responsible collaborating with our Copy, design, strategy, and client servicing teams to develop compelling and effective marketing campaigns. You will be instrumental in shaping the creative direction of our projects, ensuring that our clients' brand stories are told in a way that resonates with their target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Copy Strategy: Collaborate with the strategy team to develop creative briefs and ensure that copy writing aligns with client goals and objectives.
- Content Development: Lead the creation of copy for a wide range of marketing collateral, including print, digital, social media, and video scripts.
- Brand Voice: Maintain and evolve brand voice guidelines for clients, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all communication channels.
- Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to understand their brand, objectives, and feedback.
- Campaign Conceptualisation: Play a key role in brainstorming and concept development, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Quality Control: Ensure all copy is error-free, grammatically correct, and aligns with client guidelines and industry best practices.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging best practices to keep our work innovative and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in a senior copy writing or creative leadership role in Integrated marketing.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of copywriting projects.
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
