Client: A reputed CBSE school

A reputed CBSE school in South West Delhi is looking to onboard a Deputy HR Lead to support end-to-end HR operations, strengthen recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure smooth people practices across the school ecosystem.

If you bring strong HR leadership experience, are confident working with HR tech/ERP systems, and can partner closely with multiple internal stakeholders, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment of staff against sanctioned positions, including replacements and new roles
  • Assess, coordinate, and close hiring as per school recruitment policy
  • Issue appointment letters and complete joining documentation for new hires
  • Manage HR induction and onboarding for new staff
  • Coordinate cross-functional orientation with relevant heads (IT, Admin, Finance, SEN, Teaching and Learning)
  • Address staff concerns, including personal and salary-related matters
  • Maintain complete and accurate personnel files for all staff members
  • Draft, discuss, and drive HR policies through to final sign-off by the Director
  • Verify staff personnel files for accuracy post joining formalities
  • Coordinate and validate staff data entry in the school ERP system

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA (HR) from a recognised institute/university
  • 10–15 years of overall HR experience
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in a school environment (mandatory)
