Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai/Bangalore, Kolkata

Job Responsibilities:

1. Integrated Strategy & Planning

  • Develop the annual integrated plan for marketing and medical education aligned with commercial objectives and clinical adoption goals.
  • Identify key market segments, clinical pathways, and educational needs to guide strategy and resource allocation.
  • Track and report on KPIs across awareness, engagement, training completion, and market penetration.

2. Marketing Campaign & Brand Leadership

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting hospitals, surgeons, and administrators to build demand and support sales.
  • Manage digital presence, content strategy, and PR initiatives to strengthen brand leadership in robotic surgery.
  • Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to develop effective promotional tools and sales enablement materials.

3. Medical Education & Training Programs

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive clinical education programs for surgeons, OR staff, and hospital partners.
  • Organize workshops, cadaveric labs, live surgery symposia, and peer-to-peer learning forums to drive clinical competency and confidence.
  • Ensure all educational content is clinically accurate, compliant, and aligned with global standards while tailored for local practice.

4. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) & Institution Engagement

  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with KOLs, surgical societies, and teaching hospitals across India.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support research, publications, and case studies that demonstrate clinical and economic value.
  • Represent the company at national and regional medical conferences, delivering presentations and facilitating training sessions.

5. Team & Budget Leadership

  • Manage the marketing and medical education budget with clear ROI tracking.
