Job Description:

POSITION PURPOSE:

To manage and grow business for Boss Products from key accounts by developing strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable adhesive & sealant product solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and increasing market penetration in assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow key accounts in the region
  • Focus on construction and industrial segments
  • Drive business growth through strategic account planning
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
  • Identify new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Track projects, tenders, and market developments
  • Strong exposure to industrial visits & client handling
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel partners
  • Promote the full range of BOSS products to distributors, retailers, and influencers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, supply, and execution
  • Handle commercial negotiations and contract discussions
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management preferably in Adhesives, Sealants, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Industrial Products or related industries.
