Title : Customer Service Executive (Full-time)

Location : AMPM Headquarters – Noida (On-Site)

Department : CRM

Whom We Need :

AMPM is looking for a customer-focused professional who can act as the bridge between the brand and its clientele, managing high-value relationships while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate combines CRM expertise, fashion sensibility, and operational excellence.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, particularly with HNI and premium clientele. Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Empathy and a proactive approach to improve customer experience.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Understanding of fabrics, garment measurements, styling, and fit, essential for client interactions.
  • Ability to document, track, and manage customer interactions accurately.

Attitude :

  • Customer-first mindset, prioritizing experience and relationship building.
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and resolves them.
  • Professional and polished demeanor aligned with a luxury brand environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years in customer service/CRM in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Shopify, BiteSpeed, or
  • similar CRM tools).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships.

Work Mode & Schedule :

Hybrid role based out of Noida

6-day work week with rotational weekly off
