Video Editor

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will work closely with the DOP, Creative & Marketing Leads, and Production team to translate concepts into impactful visual stories. You will take ownership of end-to-end video editing, mentor junior editors when required, and ensure delivery of high-quality content that aligns with brand and creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle end-to-end video editing from raw footage to final output
• Analyze scripts and raw footage to make informed shot selections based on storytelling, pacing, and continuity
• Organize, trim, and sequence footage into compelling narratives
• Integrate music, sound design, dialogues, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects
• Deliver polished rough cuts and final edits within agreed timelines
• Ensure high-quality transitions, color consistency, and audio-visual balance
• Provide creative inputs and recommendations to enhance video quality and engagement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders during production and post-production cycles
• Stay updated with emerging editing tools, workflows, and industry best practices

Key Requirements

• 4–6 years of proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong professional portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, continuity, and visual composition
• Hands-on experience with motion graphics, special effects, compositing, and basic 3D workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines independently
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in branding, digital marketing, gaming, or media production environments
• Knowledge of color grading tools (DaVinci Resolve or equivalent)
• Experience working with social media, promotional, or long-form content
