We are looking for a Data Scientist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building data-driven solutions and a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build predictive models, and translate complex data insights into actionable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems
– Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and data preprocessing on structured and unstructured datasets
– Write clean, modular, and scalable code using Object-Oriented Programming principles
– Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define data requirements and success metrics
– Build and maintain data pipelines and model workflows
– Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
– Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
– Document models, code, and processes for knowledge sharing and reproducibility
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
– 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science or related roles
– Strong experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using Python / Java / C++ (Python preferred)
– Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis
– Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
– Experience with SQL and working with large datasets
– Understanding of software engineering best practices, version control (Git), and code reviews
Good to Have
– Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
– Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
– Experience deploying models using APIs or MLOps tools
– Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
– Experience in agile or fast-paced environments
Education
