Role Overview
Vianaar is looking for a Social Media Associate based in Goa with a natural eye for photography, video, and visual storytelling . This is an entry-level role suited for someone who is visually curious, observant, and interested in how a luxury brand communicates through images.
The role focuses on capturing and shaping visual stories – of spaces, people, light, materials, and everyday moments – and translating them into thoughtful social media content in collaboration with the Marketing and Creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Support day-to-day social media content creation and posting across platforms (primarily Instagram)
· Capture on-ground photography and short-form video across Vianaar properties, sites, and brand moments in Goa
· Assist in creating visual stories through images and videos, with attention to mood, detail, and narrative
· Edit photos and videos for social media while maintaining brand consistency and quality
· Work closely with designers, content writers, and the marketing team to execute planned content
· Help maintain an organised archive of images and videos
· Stay updated on social media formats and trends, applying them thoughtfully and selectively
· Support basic performance tracking and content optimisation
Required Skills & Profile
· Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, photography, or related fields
· Based in Goa, with the ability to travel locally for site visits and shoots
· Strong interest in photography and visual composition (camera or mobile)
· Basic understanding of video shooting and editing for short-form content
· An instinct for storytelling through visuals
· Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram
· Working knowledge of basic editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile editing apps)
· Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively
