What will you do ?

• Own and scale paid campaigns across Instagram, Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Turn budgets into growth engines (ROAS is your love language)
• Develop multi-channel acquisition strategies for B2C audiences
• Build, test, analyze, optimize, then repeat (because iteration = domination)
• Translate data into strategic decisions – not just reports
• Partner with creative, content, and product teams to make ads people actually want to click

What we are looking for ?

• Proven experience running high-performing online ad campaigns (Instagram expertise is a must)
• Strong understanding of B2C consumer behavior and funnels
• Analytical horsepower -you don’t just read dashboards, you challenge them
• Strategic thinking beyond platform tweaks (you think business impact)
• Critical thinking skills -you ask why before scaling
• Comfort owning budgets and making data-backed decisions
