Your Role

As an Embedded Engineer specializing in STM32 platforms and Secure Boot , you will design, implement, and validate secure embedded firmware. You’ll collaborate closely with hardware, security, and software teams to develop robust security frameworks, deliver production‑ready firmware, and ensure compliance with security best practices.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement Secure Boot and secure firmware update mechanisms on STM32 microcontrollers.
  • Work extensively on STM32, ARM Cortex‑M architecture , and embedded C development.
  • Develop firmware using STMCubeIDE, IAR Embedded Workbench, and Keil , with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Integrate and configure embedded security frameworks , including STM32 Secure Engine, STM32 Key Management Services, Trusted Firmware‑M, mbedTLS, and mbed‑crypto.
  • Develop and test applications using HAL and Low‑Layer (LL) drivers.
  • Use Linux , Python, and shell scripting for development, automation, and build systems.
  • Troubleshoot secure firmware, bootloaders, and hardware/software interaction issues.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, design secure architectures, and validate solutions.
  • Prepare detailed design documents, workflows, and test reports.

Your Profile

  • Excellent C programming skills with strong experience on Linux‑based development environments .
  • Hands‑on experience with STM32 MCUs , ARM Cortex architecture, and embedded toolchains.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and Shell scripting for automation.
  • Deep experience with secure firmware concepts such as Secure Boot, Key Management, Cryptography, and Secure Firmware Update.
  • Working knowledge of embedded security libraries: mbedTLS, mbed‑crypto, Trusted Firmware‑M , etc.
  • Proficient with HAL and low‑layer driver development.
  • Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive, learning‑oriented attitude.
