HCP Technologies Private Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing team dedicated to supporting the semiconductor and advanced electronics industry across India.
Position: Field Service Engineer
Location: Pan India (Preferred candidates from Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, New Delhi)
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Semiconductor Capital Equipment , such as IC Decapsulation, Automatic Optical Inspection Tool, Scanning Acoustic Microscopy, probe stations, testers, wire bonders, wafer dicing, or deposition systems etc.,
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device Fabrication, packaging and testing processes .
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical and control system issues .
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; ability to build trust and deliver high-quality service.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India for customer site support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of high-precision semiconductor and electronics equipment.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with the engineering and product teams to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service reports, calibration records, and documentation .
- Deliver technical training and application support to customers and partners.
