Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who doesn’t just track milestones — but drives momentum.

This role is responsible for leading large, complex, and high-visibility initiatives. You will operate at both execution and strategic levels, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.

You will manage cross-functional teams, handle senior stakeholders, mitigate enterprise-level risks, and ensure predictable, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large or multi-stream projects
• Define execution frameworks, governance structures, and reporting standards
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify dependencies and proactively resolve bottlenecks
• Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, operations, finance, and external partners
• Conduct executive-level status reviews and steering committee updates
• Build risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and process adherence
• Mentor and guide Project Managers / Associate PMs

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience handling complex, multi-team programs
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong executive communication skills
• Ability to influence across senior stakeholders
• High ownership and accountability mindset
