Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support OpenText Archive Server across the full system landscape.
• Design and maintain archive server architecture including HA, DR, multi-tier storage, and cache configurations.
• Perform OpenText Archive Server upgrades and post-upgrade validation activities.
• Manage environment refresh activities (Prod to Non-Prod).
• Configure and maintain archive storage, file systems, and content repositories.
• Monitor system performance and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct disaster recovery and release cycle testing.
• Perform periodic archive object review and resolve system issues.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Archive Center.
• Proven experience in upgrade projects and post-upgrade support.
• Knowledge of HA/DR setup and storage management.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
