Tru Hives LLP is a modern real estate brokerage in Maharashtra focused on residential, commercial, rentals, and resale properties. We combine local market insight with professional execution to help clients shortlist, verify, negotiate, and close smoothly. We’re building a strong lead-generation engine and looking for a Marketing Manager who can also drive conversions through outbound sales.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact role combining marketing + inside sales. You will own lead generation, nurture prospects, and actively convert leads through outbound calling, follow-ups, and site visit scheduling.
Compensation & Incentives
- Salary: ₹5,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per annum (Salary & benefits based on qualifications and experience)
- Incentive: 10% sales commission on brokerage revenue generated
Key Responsibilities (Marketing)
- Plan and execute lead-gen campaigns for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants (residential/commercial/resale).
- Run and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing, real estate portals, and local listings.
- Manage the website/landing page funnel and improve conversion (forms, CTAs, WhatsApp click-to-chat, lead tracking).
- Create and manage content: property posts, reels, listing creatives, brochures, and campaign copy (especially for resale listings).
- Maintain CRM/lead database: segmentation, tagging, pipeline updates, follow-up schedules, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal team to market verified inventory accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities (Outbound Sales / Conversion)
- Make daily outbound calls to inbound and database leads.
- Qualify leads (budget, location, timeline, property type, purpose) and close them into meetings/site visits.
- Follow up via calls + WhatsApp to reduce lead leakage and improve conversions.
- Maintain calling discipline, lead status updates, and weekly pipeline reports.
- Support negotiation coordination and closure follow-ups as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-have:
- 2+ years experience in marketing / lead gen / inside sales / performance marketing.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and conversion targets.
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi; Marathi is a plus).
- Hands-on with Meta Ads / basic Google Ads OR strong lead-gen via portals & WhatsApp.
- Good organization, follow-up discipline, and reporting mindset.
Good-to-have:
- Real estate marketing/brokerage experience (especially resale and leasing).
- Experience with CRMs (Zoho/HubSpot/LeadSquared or similar).
- Canva/content creation skills and ability to coordinate with designers/agency.
- Knowledge of Maharashtra micro-markets (Pune/PCMC/Mumbai preferred).
KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
- Growth in qualified leads + improved lead-to-visit conversion.
- Strong outbound call performance (connects, follow-ups, appointments).
- Consistent pipeline visibility and weekly reporting.
- Improved closures supported by fast coordination and lead nurturing.
