Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can be the driving force between our clients and creative teams. You’ll manage day-to-day relationships with brands that are hyperactive on social media — fast-moving, content-heavy, and always-on. This is an agency role, which means you’ll handle multiple accounts, keep projects on track, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments and genuinely enjoys keeping clients happy without losing creative quality. You understand social media deeply enough to have informed conversations with both clients and internal teams, and you’re the kind of person who anticipates problems before they become fires.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship & Account Management
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts — owning the relationship, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for creative, content, and social media teams — and follow through to delivery.
- Run regular status calls, prepare meeting agendas, share updates, and keep detailed records of approvals, feedback, and timelines.
2. Project & Workflow Coordination
- Manage end-to-end project timelines for social media content, campaigns, and ad-hoc deliverables across multiple brands.
- Coordinate between internal teams (design, copy, social, performance) to ensure deliverables are on-brief, on-brand, and on-time.
- Flag bottlenecks early, escalate when needed, and keep workflows moving even when multiple brands are in high-output mode simultaneously.
3. Social Media Fluency & Strategic Input
- Stay plugged into social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity so you can have informed, strategic conversations with clients.
- Contribute to content planning and campaign ideation — you don’t need to create content, but you should know what good content looks like.
- Use project management and AI tools to track deliverables, streamline communication, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of client servicing experience at a digital or creative agency, ideally handling social-first or always-on brand accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) — enough to review content, give feedback, and hold ground with clients.
- Exceptional organisational skills — you can juggle multiple brands, timelines, and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
- Proactive communicator who keeps clients informed and internal teams unblocked — comfortable on calls, in person, and over email.
- Experience working with hyperactive brands on social media — high-frequency posting, real-time responses, and always-on content cycles.
- Sharp attention to detail — you catch errors in creatives, flag inconsistencies in briefs, and ensure nothing goes to the client half-baked.
- Familiarity with project management tools, social media platforms, and AI tools that help streamline agency workflows.
