We are currently a team of 40-50, expanding our Delhi HQ and activating new offices in Mumbai and Bangalore to build a 100+ person national creative ecosystem.
The Mission: We are seeking an HR professional who has successfully managed a 40-50 person agency team and possesses the proven ability to build the systems required to scale an organization to 100+ members. This is a Process First role—you are the architect of the infrastructure that allows our creative talent to thrive across four cities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Aggressive Scaling: Drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle to fulfill the immediate mandate of doubling our headcount, aggressively headhunting top creative, marketing, and tech talent for Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
- Vertical-Specific Sourcing: Tailor hiring strategies for our distinct pillars (At Buzz, Studios, Experiences, and ATT), building robust talent pipelines for niche agency roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with Nex Gen (Senior) and Nex Rise (Mid-level) leadership to define job requirements, streamline interview processes, and close candidates quickly.
- Employer Branding: Position Atraski as a premier, integrated creative destination to attract high-caliber industry professionals.
2. Strategic Scaling & National Expansion:
- Multi-City Coordination: Oversee HR operations for the expanded Delhi HQ while stabilizing the Kolkata engine and establishing the new regional units in Mumbai and Bangalore.
- Onboarding Excellence: Execute a rigorous 14-day “Shadow Induction” process at Delhi HQ to ground all new hires in the Atraski DNA before regional deployment.
3. SOP Governance & Process Architecture:
- Workflow Development: Work directly with the Chairman to develop, implement, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all business verticals.
- Policy Enforcement: Act as the guardian of the organizational “Playbook,” ensuring every team member adheres to established systems.
- Stability Management: Maintain deep knowledge of HR compliance and policy to ensure stability during rapid growth.
4. HR Operations & greytHR Mastery
- Full Ownership: Total management of greytHR—ensuring 100% accuracy in attendance, documentation, and payroll for a 50+ national team.
- Compliance: Handle all statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/PT) and legal documentation (NDAs, Offer Letters, Employment Contracts).
5. Performance & Office Management
- Leadership Support: Facilitate performance review cycles for the leadership tiers and manage employee relations across all offices.
- Admin & Infrastructure: Oversee the physical expansion of the Delhi HQ and coordinate the setup and facility management of regional hubs.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Retention Strategy: Design initiatives to keep the creative talent highly engaged and motivated, balancing the fast-paced agency lifestyle with sustainable work practices.
- Hub Integration: Build communication bridges between the Delhi HQ, Kolkata engine, and the new Mumbai/Bangalore offices to ensure a unified “Atraski DNA” across all locations.
7. Training & Leadership Development
- Upskilling Programs: Facilitate training sessions for the Nex Rise (Mid-level) leadership to improve their team management and project delivery skills.
- Skill Matrix: Track the core competencies of the team across At Buzz, Studios, Experiences, and ATT, identifying gaps that need to be filled through hiring or training.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years in a Marketing/Creative Agency. You must have handled a team size of 40-50 people in a fast-paced environment.
- Talent Acquisition Prowess: Demonstrated ability to source and close candidates in the advertising/creative space.
- Expansion Exposure: Proven track record in a company that has transitioned from a small team to a 100-person multi-city structure.
- Process Skills: Advanced ability to develop HR systems, workflows, and SOPs from the ground up.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of greytHR, Google Workspace, and modern ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
