Role: MEP Engineer – Hotel Operations Focus
We are looking for a technically strong MEP Engineers with hospitality experience who understands both project execution and operational performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee MEP systems for hotel projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, BMS)
• Coordinate with design consultants and site teams
• Ensure systems align with hotel operator standards
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover
• Develop preventive maintenance frameworks for operational readiness
• Review BOQs, value engineering proposals, and vendor submissions
Ideal Candidate:
• 5–10 years of experience in hospitality projects
• Strong understanding of hotel MEP services & back-of-house planning
• Experience in coordination between consultants, contractors, and operators
• Site execution + commissioning exposure preferred
