We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager(Platform Execution Gaming Ecosystem)

We are building a retention-led gaming ecosystem and are looking for a Social Media Manager who owns platform execution across Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube Shorts, and other gaming-relevant channels.

This is not a meme-posting role.

This role ensures:

• Content reaches correctly
• Platforms are optimised
• Distribution works
• Performance signals are captured

You sit between content strategy and creative execution.

What You’ll Own

• Daily platform publishing & optimisation
• Caption & hook optimisation
• Hashtag & distribution strategy
• Short-form repurposing
• Platform analytics tracking
• Trend monitoring & fast adaptation
• Coordination with Creative & Organic Lead

You are responsible for making sure content performs on-platform.

What You’ll Be Measured On

• Engagement quality (not vanity reach)
• CTR to app from social
• Follower growth consistency
• Short-form watch time
• Content velocity

Ideal Profile

• 3-6+ years managing social platforms for apps or gaming brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, X, Shorts, and platform algorithms
• Experience working with short-form content
• Data-aware mindset
• Comfortable working in high-velocity environments
