• Manage end to end recruitment activities by sourcing the best talent from diverse sources and handle the entire Talent management right from joining to exit.
• Strong recruitment network in the IT industry
• Experience with working on job boards like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin
• Exceptional Skills in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Provide feedback to managers on market situation and availability of talent
• 1+ years experience in recruiting agency
• Worked on positions like Software Engineers, Cyber Security roles , Sales and Semiconductor roles.
• Excellent Written and verbal Communication!
• An open-minded and positive attitude
• Adaptable and able to fit into the work environment of a fast-growing start-up
• Strong sense of ethical responsibility
• Skilled at spreading a good vibe
