Job Description:Position Overview
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong hands-on expertise in .NET technologies to lead and deliver high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, proven delivery management experience, and prior exposure to the healthcare domain (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET-based applications and solutions.Provide hands-on technical guidance in architecture, design, development, and code reviews.Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, DevOps, and architecture.Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint delivery.Monitor performance metrics and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.Support production releases, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and microservices architecture.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).Strong understanding of SQL Server and database design.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Proven experience managing delivery teams and multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Good to Have:
