How You’ll Make an Impact 

As a Regional Marketing Manager, IMEA, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation, responsible for leading a growing regional marketing team while remaining deeply involved in day to day execution. You will also be strengthening Lubrizol’s brand equity, drive demand creation for our products and technologies, enhance customer experience (including digital journeys), and deliver compelling, data driven communications that resonate with key stakeholders. 

You’ll be a part of the IMEA leadership team, collaborating closely with the Vice President, Additives IMEA, regional cross functional teams, and global marketing leadership to develop and execute a strategically aligned marketing plan. You’ll be reporting to the Director of Global Promotional Marketing, Lubrizol Additives and support all end use businesses across the Fuels and Lubricants additives portfolio, key customers as well as select innovation and sustainability growth platforms. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:Strategic Leadership & Planning•    Lead the creation, alignment, and execution of the IMEA regional, customer, and product line marketing plans, ensuring full integration with global strategy and business priorities.•    Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership, bringing forward marketing insights, to guide decision making.•    Develop and manage the IMEA marketing budget with rigor, forecasting accuracy, and clear ROI measurement.

Team Leadership & Capability Building•    Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing managers across regional, customer, and product-line marketing.•    Build advanced marketing capabilities in the team—including digital marketing, marketing analytics, generative AI tools, marketing automation, and financial acumen.•    Set priorities, remove barriers, provide clear expectations, and ensure accountability to deliver against goals.

Hands-On Execution•    Personally contribute to content creation, campaign development, messaging refinement, and technical copywriting—particularly for complex or high-impact initiatives.•    Drive development and deployment of customer-facing assets across platforms such as e-commerce, CRM, internal platforms and digital channels.•    Ensure marketing activities within the region are executed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.

Cross-Functional Collaboration•    Partner with regional business leaders, marketing, commercial leadership, and global teams to ensure alignment, avoid duplication, share best practices, and leverage global insights.•    Actively participate in global marketing workstreams and help shape processes that improve consistency, governance, and impact.

Performance, Measurement & Continuous Improvement•    Define and track performance metrics in collaboration with Marketing Leadership, Commercial Leadership, and Marketing Operations.•    Use data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and continuously optimize programs.•    Identify opportunities and lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the Marketing & Communications organization.

External Representation•    Lead regional customer marketing strategy by partnering with key customers, providing consultative guidance, and designing integrated campaigns to accelerate customer growth.•    Strategically evaluate and manage regional events and trade shows.  Ensure alignment with business goals and measure ROI for future planning.•    Represent Lubrizol at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and professional forums as a credible expert and brand ambassador.

 Preferred Qualifications that Drive you Forward  •    Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.•    10+ years in marketing, sales, or commercial/product management with demonstrated success in technical or industrial sectors. Experience within the lubricants industry is an advantage.•    5+ years of team leadership, with proven capability in coaching and developing talent.•    Relevant experience in regional marketing, including consultative customer engagement, strategic planning, and execution of marketing campaigns designed to drive customer and regional growth.

Technical & Strategic Skills•    Demonstrated ability to build and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact.•    Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, sales enablement solutions, and data insights.•    Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, complex stakeholder environments, and multi-channel communication strategies.•    Strong budget planning and financial acumen.

Execution & Communication Skills•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in technical copywriting and editing.•    Comfortable being hands-on—creating content, building presentations, reviewing analytics, and diving into details when needed.•    Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams.
