The candidate must be experienced and knowledgeable in the areas of food, Agri produce and various food segments in addition to product safety, certifications and product quality standards and regulatory controlMinimum 3 years of experience in Business Development in the agri sourcing & procurement spaceThe main objective of this position is to lead the sourcing, procurement, quality assurance of spices like Turmeric, Chilly, Cumin, Ginger etc for local and export salesKnowledge of various product specifications, varieties, sourcing markets for spices like Turmeric, Chilly, Cumin, GingerThe role also involves on-ground and off-site end-to-end quality control managementMust be knowledgeable in food quality, food safety systems and programsThe candidate will be involved in formulation of sales strategy, creation and roll-out of sales initiatives, creation of annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plansDrive the usage of the company’s platform Agri-Tech AppUnderstand and forecast market size, segment growth, to develop effective strategies to achieve the desired sales, market share and profitability in each of the segment
