Product Manager

Cornerstone is seeking a driven and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join our global Product team and help shape the future of our industry-leading solutions. In this role, you will relentlessly pursue an understanding of customer pain points, translate insights into actionable product strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative features that drive measurable customer value and ROI. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from discovery and requirements definition to launch and adoption—ensuring we continuously improve our flagship offerings while building for the future.

In this role you will…

  • Own product requirements from conception through launch, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into product strategy and roadmap recommendations
  • Act as a product owner for one or more agile scrum teams, partnering closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features
  • Collaborate with research and design to develop concepts, prototypes, and user-tested solutions that drive customer value
  • Present product vision, updates, and roadmap to customers, prospects, internal stakeholders, and industry analysts
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform prioritization and iteration
  • Stay ahead of the competitive landscape and emerging market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support successful go-to-market execution
  • Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, global product organization and uphold privacy and security best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, make trade-offs, and work effectively with engineering, design, and business partners
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence others
  • Experience working with design teams to turn concepts into user-validated prototypes
  • Proven ability to convert strategy into actionable plans and product deliverables
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Creative, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous innovation
  • Ability to identify customer pain points—including unarticulated needs—through research, feedback, and user engagement
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and thoughtful product development practices
