About Team

We are 60+ member team with 55 people in our Plant in Odisha. We are hiring for a Plant Manager in Balangir, Odisha.

Responsibilities

• Build relationship with all Raw material and Ingredient suppliers
• Prepare SOP & Quality parameters for all ayurvedic ingredients & herbs
• Implement quality check SOPs prepared across all the Raw material & Finished goods
• Manage inwarding, storage, processing, packaging & dispatch of Powders & Oils
• Ensure Quality checks for all products
• Manage inventory levels & order fulfillment
• Coordinate logistics & shipping processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role of Herbs Procurement
• Should know Microsoft Excel and Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask

• Location – Homeda Plant, Chandanbhati Road, Balangir, Odisha, 767001
• Office Timings – 10:00am to 7:00pm
• 6 days Work week
