Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead the sales function for a leading Real Estate Developer in Chembur. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring seamless deal closures. This role requires a “closer” mindset with the ability to manage both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Target Achievement: Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily lead flow, site visit ratios, and follow-up discipline.
  • Training: Conduct regular training sessions to improve the pitch, negotiation skills, and closing ratios of sales executives.

2. Sales Execution & Strategy

  • High-Value Closures: Personally handle walk-in clients, key prospects, and complex negotiations for high-value inventory.
  • Channel Partner Relations: Coordinate with the marketing team and external channel partners to ensure a steady pipeline of quality leads.
  • Customer Journey: Oversee the entire process from initial inquiry and site visit to booking, documentation, and final handover coordination.

3. Reporting & Compliance

  • MIS & Data: Maintain strict CRM discipline. Prepare and present detailed MIS reports on sales performance, projections, and market trends to senior management.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure all sales processes are compliant with company policies and RERA guidelines.

Candidate Profile

Criteria Requirement

  • Experience: 4–6 years in Real Estate Sales (Primary Market).
  • Leadership: Proven track record as a Sales Manager or Team Lead.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and “deal-closing” abilities.
  • Technical: Proficient in CRM software, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
  • Mindset: Highly target-driven, resilient, and proactive.
